yjkid95 12-07-2010 09:05 PM

LOL its ok. I'm the wierd jeep owner. I want my jeep lifted with big tires and lockers. But one a big diesel truck slammed. Im just your average freak

Hammerwalk 12-07-2010 09:07 PM

I never, nor will I ever, get why you would do that to a truck. A car, yeah I can understand, but not on a truck. I mean, wow...

Its cool in its own way. Just like those people that put huge speakers in a van that will blow your ear drums easily. No point but cool still.. Yeah my van is louder than a jet engine

Everyone has there own reasons. Mine is I would never use a truck that big for what its ment for. I just WANT a duramax diesel with a allison tranny to race down the dragstrip and make it go insanely fast and blow lots of black smoke out of. Basically to fill my testostorome needs  And I love the way a big long truck looks lowered and if im not going to tow or have huge loads in it and just go fast a lower center of gravity would be better for me. :D

s3nt3nc3d 12-07-2010 09:23 PM

JackdUp 12-07-2010 09:53 PM

Nothing against anyone, to each their own, but to me, that's a waste of $30k+. But I'm the kind of Guy that if i buy something like that, I'm gonna be hauling whatever i can where ever i can.

Oh I hear ya, but how in the hell would he get out of town? Doesn't L.A. have a ton of speed bumps to corral all the gangstas? But no really, its,a sharp truck, hell of a job, I just don't get it.

jgano23 12-07-2010 11:28 PM

Meh, I am not a fan of low riders.

yjkid95 12-07-2010 11:45 PM

whoa, times have sure changed. to each his own, and that's not mine. Loud music coming from the cab good. belly on the ground looks like gaveling.:punk:

sonofabeach 12-08-2010 08:06 AM

Nothing like bottoming out as you pull into the mall....or any parking lot for that matter.

I heated the springs on my 81 Honda Civic when I was a teenager back in 88 and even made ground effects out of rain gutters.....Even had the pinstripes down the windows outlining where I had cut the tint zig zag. Had the double wipers, wiper wings, the long rearview mirror, the zig zag bent antenna.......12 inch pyledrivers, 380 watt amp....aaaah good times. It was a travesty but I thought it was sooooo cool....aaaah good times

4Jeepn 12-08-2010 08:11 AM

I am not sure which was worse, the lowered truck or the video of it backing up and then pulling forward and then backing up.

Not spinners. just really shiny.

Why would you lift a vehicle
why offroad...that's a waste...
why black chrome is cool...

2 sides to everything.....Different strokes for different folks. Not everyone has the same incite to what is "cool" but their own opinion for themselves. There are several different ways to have passion for vehicles. Doesn't mean any of them are wrong just maybe not for you or your thing. We all still have a passion for vehicles. Just a different view.
