Damn, I Love the Holidays

I love Christmastime. It's not the lights. It's not the festivities. I don't even care about Christmas morning.

... it's the shopping. And it's not my shopping, I barely have any to do. I love people watching and how angry, annoyed, and upset everyone gets over the holidays. People screaming and cursing for the latest and greatest overpriced electronic item or toy. Any sense of humanity and good will towards men goes out the window once the Thanksgiving meal concludes.

Then a story like this comes out and again I'm astounded how awful people can really be.

Guys, the holidays are stressful enough with planning festivities and the changing weather, take ten seconds and calm down before reacting. If you're not enjoying the holidays you're doing it all wrong.

That is exactly why I do most, if not all of my shopping from right here at my desk. No traffic, no lines, no hassles, no stress!!

Agree...Online shopping is a godsend. I hardly ever go to the actual store anymore. This will sound stupid, but I actually look forward to what I ordered coming in the mail. It is kind of a pick me up in the middle of the work week. Yes...I'm a bit weird.
