JK Rear AC Interest??

We have just finished the install of our prototype rear AC system on our 4 Door JK. The system requires some minor modifications to the vehicle, but overall is a fairly simple install.

Here is a picture of the unit. Keep in mind this is a prototype so we wil be making some "finishing" touches when it goes to production.

Let us know what you think!

I don't own a 4 door, but I just wanted to say neat product! Didn't know such a thing existed, never even thought of it.

Looks good!...If I had long term plans for the JKU I might be interested.
Does it replace the entire center console? It would be even better if it could blow heat too!

Us guys in the warmer climates always need to think about the AC system!!

It only replaces the rear section, so the factory front section is left intact.

We need to work on the heat as the space to install this into is very small, but I do not see a reason it can not just be a heater for the colder climate areas.

Will it be compatable with power windows? That is where my JKU's switches are for the back windows.

We will be making provisions on production units, this one is still a prototype.
