Need help removing rear track bar

I cant seem to get this bolt to come out. Ive taken the nut off and it spins but it seems to be caught up in the rubber bushings. Any ideas on how to get it out?

So I take it you beat on it with a 3 pound sledge already. cycle the suspension on the jack and find it's happy medium were the bolt will pop out. IF it doesn't pop then your going to have to cut it out.

Were are your jackstands placed? They need to be on the frame of the jeep and let the axle hang. What is still connected to the axle?? The way I do it is pull the shocks and springs with the trackbar still in place I replace the control arms also. Then the last thing I pull off before I put the shocks and springs back in is the trackbar.

Yeah i pounded and nothing.... I guess the only thing left is to drill it out...

Hmmmm If it is not in a bind and you cant pound it out...heat that sucker up and HIT IT!

Just did this one a couple of days ago. Take off the axle side first. Then after you take the nut off move the trac bar around at an angle to get the threads of the screw to catch the bushing and back itself out. Easy breezy. If that doesn't work put a flat head under the head of the bolt and pry it as u turn. If that doesn't work then im out of ideas.

Mine was forced into position by an alingment shop... In order to get it out, I had to use a ratchet strap to align axle to body enough to work the bolt free. When it finally came out of the bracket, the whole vehicle shifted as the strain was relieved... That's why I decided on a rear adjustable track bar...
