New shake and wierd clunking noise
Two weekends ago i put new wheels and a new rough country steering stabilizer on my 06 TJ X. I have a skyjacker 3 inch lift and 33's. I watched the guys do my tires and saw they were balanced. I have read through posts on here and nothing is quite what i have going on. It started as just a small rattle and has been getting progressively worse. When i take off from a stop light there is a clunking noise like my wheels arent tight (i have obviously checked the lugs, all is well there). when i accelerate it shakes wicked bad, but when i let off the throttle the shaking goes away. the other nite for s's and g's i put it in 4wd and the front end shook really bad and seemed to wheel hop. when i put the stabilizer in i had to change the bushing and i used their new bolts, is that whats messing me up? would the stabilizer cause this problem? i was thinking u joints but they shake when your not on the throttle...please help the new-b!!!

I'm sure you will get alot better advice from the pros at this. But I was kinda thinking u-joints also. I just went through the similiar problem as your having. If you haven't done the u-joints recently it may not hurt to do them. They are fairly cheap. Mine was mainly when I was on the throttle also is when I got the shaking. But if yours is doing it all the time, I would wait to get so other info from pros on here. You can search my threads also and see the thread I had started about my u-joints problems. It may be good info for you to read up on :-)

Hows your sway bar linkage?

When was the last time you changed the ujoints? If you don't know I'd change them all. Get some good Spicers and DON'T get store brand or you'll do it again very soon. I wouldn't put it in4wheel drive on a hard service ever. There is nothing good that can happen when you do.
I would also take it back to your tire company and let them know you're having a vibration after they installed the tires.
Being that it happens when in throttle makes me lean to the Ujoints.

Sway bars cannot cause a vibration. Rock and roll....yes.
