zipper help!!!!!

I've got a problem...
I took my back windows off today... (67 and sunny)

before I could do anything... I unzipped my driver's side window and I saw that I do not have the metal starting pc at the bottom/end of the zipper... by the time I realized the problem.. the zipper pull was in my hand...

Now what do I do?
can I get a replacement?

the zipper pull says YKK 10c

The zip tie works....I've done it. I have a question. What is the best zipper lubricant to use to loosen up the dirt etc. My Wrangler is a 2004 and previous owner rarely unzipped the windows etc. and they are pretty tough to unzip.
Any help would be great!!
Thanks fellow Jeepers :)

Zipper Repair

You have a #10 YKK coil zipper. The box and pin are not available separately. The zipper itself is not repairable but it can be zipped back together by doing the following.
(1) Use a lighter to singe the bottom egde of the zipper tape where the box came off.
(2) The zipper halves will be refered to as box and pin.
(3) Install slider on pin half.
DO NOT SPREAD SLIDER APART.
Make sure the slider is oriented in the correct direction of travel. Note that in normal use the slider would be on the box half.
(4)Pinch the pin half between thumb and fore finger to prevent the slider from falling off.
(5) Insert one to two coils of the box half into the slider. On a coil zipper, the coils are the teeth.
(6) With thumb and fore finger, manipulate the slider in the upward direction while gently pushing the box half in the downward direction. The two halves should engage and zip together as the slider is advanced. Once zipped together the bottom coil on the box half should be no more than one coil above or bellow the bottom coil on the pin half.
It may take several attempts get the slider started. Although the tape was singed in step #1, use finesse so that the tape on the box half does not fray or rip.
(7) Might want to purchase an apparel zipper and cut the box off and practice getting the slider started.
(8) To prevent zipper from separating push a staple (wide enough to span the interlocked coils) through the tape and bend the legs over. Can also use needle and thread to whip the halves together or a stiff fine gauge wire. Would not use a cable tie because the required larger size holes in the tape could enlarge and allow tape to rip.
((9) Note that on the Jeep top, the bottom of the zipper with the box and pin are actually at the top of the window and will be difficult to get at with the top on. For easy access take the top off and lay on a flat surface with the black side down.

There is a product at the Dealership for our zippers-I have purchased 2 in the 6 1/2 years I have had my Sport. I say that because it lasts a long time and if you keep the zippers clean they work very well. (I know tough to do if muddin') I am not sure but would imagine that a camp store has a similar product for tent zippers-may even find it at Wallyworld-Good Luck!!:)

I was told that Zip Wax for diving Wet Suit works the best for protecting the zipper from the elements and making it easy o slide. Costs about $4 for a stick.

With soap, my zipper also stays clean, yes I have to put it on about once a month but one bar for $ .40 and it last about 9 months, the math works for me.
