Might want to research "Death wobble" here on this site and Google. Very common for Jeeps.

Wheels might need balanced, or you broke a belt in one of your tires.

Check all of your steering linkage, including the bolts holding the steering box. Tie rods, wheel bearings ect. If you run large tires, it doesn't take much play to cause the death wobble.

yeah, check everything to be sure its tight but... x2 on a bad belt in a tire, switch them around and see if it changes at all. Or maybe a lost wheel weight.

I had a bad shake also. 97 tj though. Turned out to be a bad u joint on my rear drive shaft.

I just had this problem, it happen to be that the sway bar broke in the front. They are cheap and easy to fix.

I had the same exact problem with my YJ.... I researched it and everything and couldn't find my problem. I never had death wobble until I changed wheels and tires. I use to run 33" tires on a 15 by 12 wheel and my rode great. I switch out my wheels for a 15 by 7 and man i couldnt keep it on the rode from 20MPH up to 45MPH. I had it aligned and everything changed tie rods balljoints and all..... I finnaly figured mine out tho.... I have a 3.5" superlift on mine with 2" shackle lift and my lift came with some kinda goofy looking braket that raised my front trac bar up about a inch from the stock location. Well that bracket was giving my alot of play. I removed the braket and bolted my track bar back to the stock location and it fixed my problem. So you all may want to check that and make sure your bushings are okay.
