WHERE SHOULD i PUT MY LIGHTS?

Hey everybody, I want to deck out my jk 4 door in fog, long range, and flood lights. I have no Idea to put which lights where! I want to have lights on my roof like you see when off roading but I know you shouldn't put fog lights on top because they will just show the particles in the air. Any advice would be great!

fog on bumper

flood on windsheild

long range on roof?

idk just a suggestion sounds right to me.

I would go with that, or upgrade factory fog, then long range or what ever on bumper, wind shield, and roof.

Yep, keep your fogs low. Not only will they light up the flying debris, they'll light up your hood, and cause your eyes to react to the brightness, making it harder to see.
Have you picked out just exactly which lights you're going to use?
Welcome to the forum, btw :wavey:

I want to get KC Hi-lite Daylighters all the way around They make the fog, flood, and longrange versions

What do you mean by windshield compared to roof?

I think I'de rather just stick with a good bumper with lights and roof light rack Anybody have some good ideas for bumpers and roof light racks?:thumb:

I'm surprised noone has said it yet. The best place for your lights is on my jeep.
Oh and welcome

These lights are actually mounted behind the grill, it is very easy to do. I originally had my lights mounted this way but had to relocate them because of the winch. As for roof lights, they are not my cup of tea. I like going to Quadtratec and 4WD.com to see various pics and get my ideas. Good luck its more addictive then you think.
