Oil & water leaks

Just bought a 2000 Jeep Wrangler 4.0 with very low miles of 16,000 since it was towed behind an RV for Jeep events. I just noticed an oil leak about three inches long along the side of the engine on the passenger side about half way down...seam just above the oil filter...just wet and no drips. Also noticed some oil wetness on the middle lower bolt of where the transmission and engine connect just behind the oil pan...manual transmission. Plus I had water leaking on the passenger side floor down the side vent housing when I took off the glove box when driving home in a heavy rain. Any ideas what's causing these items and how serious, since the previous owner said the Jeep was in excellent condition and maintained...believed based on other vehicles he had and how clean/new everything looked...possibly return if serious enough based on these issues with very low mileage.

I'll let veteran correct me if in wrong but I would guess your rear main is leaking. Common on these rigs
