Yes hook up with as many as you can find, to see which groups you mesh with best. You'll gain experience wheeling and find like minded people who will become great friends :) You can usually attend several gatherings or meetings without being a member. We just joined one near us, even tho' we've been wheeling with some of them for a couple of years and attending their stuff for just as long... :)

Being in a club is a lot of fun actually. First you hang out with like minded people, 2nd they know a lot about fixing your rig if it breaks. We are in south central Indiana, Check us out Hollar Crawlers Jeep Club - Home . We just get the site up and running, so there will be lots more to come on it!

With that "windy" storm we had about a week ago it knocked out our power, which we got back in a day or so but it damaged our frontier tv/internet thing. So we had to wait until that go fixed..Now I'm back on the inter web!

Never lost power here. Last time I. Ran a generator to power the house.

Jeeper4life 12-29-2012 09:01 PM

Ran my whole house off of 6000 watt generator. Back fed a 220 breaker. And shut off the main.

I vote for an Eden Pure..I can heat my whole house with one...not to 75 but warm enough to be comfortable...and my generator was only about $350....will run the eden pure TV and coffee pot...don't need fridge in the winter and in the summer don't need the heater
