Paris Hilton..back to jail screaming and kicking

Only in California.................

CNN had a nice shot of her in the sheriff's vehicle, heading back to jail.........AGAIN.......crying and screaming.....what a joke..

JCS05Rubi 06-08-2007 02:38 PM

must be nice to be spoiled, pampered, have everything you could want, and buy everyone off. Sad thing is, if she hadnt had so much BS media coverage the last year or two, no one would be following this case and she woulda bought her way out like everyone else in Kalifornia

tiny terror 06-08-2007 02:40 PM

And it's the only thing being covered on the local news. Two hours this morning watching her stupid house...

What I find amazing is that people even give a rat's behind. I couldn't care less. Don't care if she gets off, don't care if she's unhappy, don't care if she gets stuck in gen-pop. Don't care.

AzTJ 06-08-2007 02:45 PM

When the judge sentanced her(For violating her DUI and driving without a license) one of the things he said was no special treatments and no eletronic tracking devices.

How in the hell she got to go home for "medical reasons" is beyond me. Any other person would have been taken to a hospital to be check out and then tossed back into thier cell.

SHE BROKE THE LAW! I don't care if it was my sister, she'd still go to jail. No one is above the law, so why in the hell should we let some little rich bitch get away with it?

skeeter 06-08-2007 02:54 PM

Because somehow in America we let celebrities become our heroes. Instead of firemen, police, soldiers and doctors we look up to people who pretend to be something they aren't.

AzTJ 06-08-2007 02:56 PM

I could give a rats ass about celebrities in general other than they make some pretty cool movies and are extremly overpaid for what they do.

skeeter 06-08-2007 03:04 PM

I don't mean "we" as in you and I, I mean we as a generalization for American society.
The people who think Paris Hilton is important enough to spend this much effort on, and that's a large portion of the population unfortunately.

In other news, Anna Nichole Smith is still dead and OJ is still free...

kg4kpg 06-08-2007 03:06 PM

Now if they would just put Lindsey Lohan in there with her we can have some peace for a couple months.

ccain 06-08-2007 03:11 PM

I say put her ass in a cell with 4 other chicks...Ya know the hard "Your my bitch now!" types. And then set back and see if she still has that cheesy little smirk when she gets out.

Here are some tips for ya Paris...
1. It's called a "MUG SHOT" not a "Photo-Op"
2. The jump-suit is orange for a reason...Get over it...Sorry about your luck if it makes your skinny, crack-smokin' ass look big and the the color is not flattering!
3. NO YOUR CELL DOES NOT CONTAIN A BEDAY...STOP ASKING!
4. You will eat D.O.C. food only! And I'm pretty sure Goose liver pate' isn't on the menu.
5. YES THAT IS YOUR BED!! AND, NO WE WILL NOT PAINT AND DECORATE YOUR CELL!!!

skeeter 06-08-2007 03:26 PM

Poor thing...

Anyone given any thought that it's not Paris that's the problem but the system and the people who've allowed her to act this way from the time she was knee high to a frog?

jjseel 06-08-2007 03:42 PM

Ditto

Yes. At some point however, people have to start accepting responsibility for their actions, at some point you have to stop blaming the parents and society and just say enough.
Paris is an adult, she has to take the consequences of putting other peoples lives at risk and thumbing her nose at the rules the "little people" have to live under. that's the outrage right now, the special treatment she gets just reinforces the idea that the rules only apply to certain people.

Dare2BSquare 06-08-2007 04:04 PM

Don't even get me started. Our worship of celebrities and sports "heroes" is one of the most misguided things in our society. My future son-in-law is just finishing school at 32. He will be a vascular surgeon and the job he is taking pays about $250,000. Should he have spent his youth learning to dribble a basketball or catch a football, he could have been making that much in a month. Something is screwed up when people saving lives and really making a difference live modestly and are "common" while these pampered, egotistical, immoral, and rotten people are the ones our children look up to! Yes, I'm

tiny terror 06-08-2007 04:04 PM

It, however, was the Sheriff who let her out. Her crying and screaming worked and he's now made it worse for her because now she not only looks like a spoiled brat but she also looks like a complete and total tool.

I'm not talking about the DUI, I think people who drive drunk should be beaten right there on the street and have their car impounded and flattened. But lots of people get off without paying for what they've done. It's not just her. We just never hear about the people who've commited crimes and gotten away with them because the media only covers celebs.

And this is different from the way she looked before?
As far as I know the only thing she's famous for is some kind of home made porn that "accidentally" got released.
You are correct, the sheriff needs to be held in contempt of court and thrown in his own jail but that doesn't relieve Paris for the consequences of her actions.

I agree with you 100% I was an idiot as a kid, I did things I should have been beaten severely for and got away with it...until I got caught and made to see the error of my ways. All it took was one good reality check to straiten me out.

tiny terror 06-08-2007 04:29 PM

I'm just not sure why people are getting angry over this. Paris isn't worth expending any energy over. There's so many other things to pick up and fight for, she's way off the radar screen. I don't give a rat's ass if she serves or not. She'll never learn and it's not my job to teach her.

Dare2BSquare 06-08-2007 04:34 PM

Preach on, sista.

skeeter 06-08-2007 04:35 PM

People are angry with the system, Paris is just the example to demonstrate that the system is broken.

Iquois 06-08-2007 05:05 PM

Hopefully her teenage fans will see this, see that she has to be responsibly for what she has done and they learn from it. I'm glad that there was a judge somewhere with enough balls to enforce the sentence.....Good for him!!

Then people should make deragatory comments about the system, not about a stupid, young, socialite (who has gynormous feet by the way) who shouldn't get any press out of this. I understand what you're saying, Skeet, but some of it seems like petty jealousy (not from you or anyone on this board but just simply some of the things I've read and heard). We all know that money talks.

Hell, every woman who's ever gotten out of a ticket with a little smile and some flirting, raise your hand (not me dang it, I've gotten every ticket I've deserved cuz I'm not that nice). Most people have experienced unfair treatment and one point or another. The system is run by people who are by nature flawed.

does cali have the death penalty? i just saw the sheriff on tv saying they had to let her go because of overcrowding. i would think the death penalty would solve that.

Don't forget to drag Lionel Richie's daughter...oh what's her aneroxic/DUI name again............... and stick her in cell next to both of them...............:D

Many people are making derogatory remarks about the system, all I do is listen to the radio all night while I drive and that seemed to be the overriding theme of the discussions, but they should also point and laugh at her, had more people taken the time to point and laugh when she was younger perhaps she wouldn't be as screwed up as she is today.

I'm sure you're right, much of the hoopla is likely just jealousy.

Yep, but when those flaws begin to negatively impact society then people need to scream and yell and stamp their feet till the flawed person or system is corrected.

RatherBNarizona 06-08-2007 07:53 PM

how has she not been shot yet?

skeeter 06-08-2007 07:57 PM

Shot for what?
Er um, you mean shots for..I'm not sure shots could clear up what she has ;)

RatherBNarizona 06-08-2007 08:09 PM

shot for being a pain in the a** selfish brat (I tried to use nice words haha)

Tiny, your so smart. I've been giggling about this since it started. I'm reading good news stories about schools opening in Iraq, screw Paris and all her brat pack tramp buddies. Besides, she has big feet. :)
