Did anyone try the log pit? I just watched the Tough Truck Competition the other night. Even the guy on 53" tires needed a winch to get through.

nope didn't do the frame twister. usually it's not that bad and the logs are closer together but they spread them out for the TTC and filled most of the frame twister with water to make it super muddy and slick as snot. they also added more rocks to the first part of the obsticle course too and there were a lot of guys banging their diffs on them.

the black LJ with the short arms is mine, the other one with the long arms just had his lift, lockers, and gears done recently and this was his first time out with the new gear. I'm saving up for the long-arm because I need more articulation and plus I kept hitting the shovel alot so I need to get the SYE when that gets done too. The long-arm LJ had the work done where I'm going to have it done (Arabia's Overkill) so it was nice to see what I'll be getting in action.

heya Kev, I've got the 4" Pro-Comp lift and it's worked pretty good but there's room for improvement. The lift came with a tranny case drop and that or the shovel has been taking a beating. I figure if I go for the SYE, belly up/skid and then upto 35", I might as well go with a long arm.

did you try the to get to the top of the mountain? Up that steep 60ish degree 1/4th mile long hill?

Truck Hill? nope, that's just too intimidating to tackle even when it's super dry the dirt is like power and it's hard to get any traction
