I'm wondering if I can find a cheap but good quality soft top cleaner and also the window cleaner. I know Quadratec has a 3-pack cleaner kit for $35 but I was hoping I could find some at an auto parts store or maybe even Wal-Mart?

I got some of both at O'Riley-Autozone and wal mart do carry some as well. I got the cleaner for a convertible top. And the "glass" cleaner for plastic windows that also helps hide scratches.. Yolu may want to wait till more people respond though----sometimes there is a reason for the more exspensive products that actually make them cheaper in the long run.
I have had no issues with what I use.

That three pack from Quad is probably our stuff, so you should just buckle down and buy it.
OK, better answer: There are a variety of soft top cleaners out there, and a few general purpose cleaners you can use. Get a product that specifically says it's OK for vinyl. Vinyl is a chemically "soft" product, and harsh chemicals can damage it. You can use Simple Green on your soft top as well.
And, you can use mild soap and water, and a scrub brush. This works very well.
WINDOWS: You need to be even more careful what type of chemicals you put on clear vinyl windows. I'd stick to a product made specifically for vinyl "glass", or stick to soap, water and soft cotton cloth.

Also remember NO PAPER TOWELS on your vinyl windows!! I have used Bestop vinyl window cleaner and that stuff is amazing, I cleaned my windows a couple of months ago and they still look great.

I have had really good luck with 303 Aerospace protectant on my soft top. It got all of the stains out and made it a nice black color. I don't know if I would use it on the windows though.

I use pledge to clean my windows and it works great. I cut up some old tshirts and use one piece to rub in the pledge. I then use another piece to "buff" the windows. You also get a lemony fresh scent in your jeep. Lol
