Good deal? 08 rubi

Hey, I just put a small deposit on this rubi. Got them down to $20,000 and up to $3500 on my 01 Tj. What you guys think. I drove her around for a good 1/2 hour and she drives beautiful. Peppy compared to a sahara I drove awhile back. No rust and the interior is in perfect condition. This rube has never seen dirt. Being a rubicon I think I'm getting an awesome deal. Kelly blue book is at around 24-25 grand I believe.

What is wrong with your TJ that they will only give you 3500???? Do not make that trade....... OMG Check Nada for pricing on both in your area.... Kbb is bogus. Nada is very close to what your lender will actually loan on it..

High miles 160,000. KBB trade says around $5000 in ex condition. They were going to do $3000 and added $500. I think
I can def get around 5-6 for my Tj private sale but don't wanna go with the hassle. Driving this rubicon and seeing it, it is perfect condition. I been eyeballing 07-08's for awhile and for 15 they are trashed
(excuse me) loved by previous owners.

20K for an 08 Rubi here in NJ is a good price, when I bought mine (08 4dr Rubi) going price was 25-27K for a Jeep with about 40K miles, and that was only in Feb.

Last week I bought an 08 Rubicon with 31K miles for 22K. It had the wheels and tires upgraded to 285/70x17's. For the mileage difference, I'd say you're getting a comparable deal. I was pleased with mine, and if you are pleased with yours, that's what matters. All the other Rubi's around here that were comparable to mine were asking for 24K.

Thanks people : ) I've been looking at rubi's for awhile and was considering a later Tj preferably a 05-06 and going price was $15 +/- so when I passed this beauty and almost rear ended the car in front of me looking at it, I stopped. Out comes the smiley faced sales guy. We both looked at each other and said "don't I know you?" small world ;) we did!!
Anyhow, There is not a scratch on her, garaged for sure. I was expecting the "excellent" price even though the miles were slightly Higher for the year. the jeep was bought in the summer of 07.. Most
rubicons show signs of offroad use. I was not sure how the e lockers worked and he did not either, so I googled it, figured out how to engage them ( 4 lo and under 18 mph I think ) and played around a little on a small piece of land out back of the dealership ( I probably looked like an idiot but.... ) it was fun. I can't wait to take her out for real : )
From what I read you can fit 33's with little
rub and flat fenders help. I'm so exited, I love the red rock color but it's going to be a little before I spend on mods.

Half doors. Like getting a bonus.

Was kinda thinking that myself, hardly see them around. I think I'm going to look into the glass sliders though. I have the two piece soft doors on my TJ and they are a pain unzipping, I hate them but I love the half door look.

As was previously stated, if it's a deal to you, then go for it!! It is a good looking Rubicon, I just bought an 07 Sahara 2 weeks ago and paid a little more than that with 21700 miles on it. It's way different than the TJ I had a few years ago, and I love it even more!

It does seem that half doors are a hot commodity? I'm thinking it's easier to get ahold of a full set if desired, especially for the winter months along with a hardtop.

Only thing I'm concerned about is when I get a hard top for the winter, they don't make a glass slider yet like previous models..
