I'd say around 7K, but the market varies greatly depending on location.

N.A.D.A. Home Page for my area w/ auto lists it at $6075.00 Trade in. Most lenders will lend just under retail which is $8625.00 on it. So I'd say 04-Rubi is pretty much spot on... Lift, tires, wheels, etc. don't increase it's value to anyone but the owner.....

7K and bring cash if you can and you will probably get it. That's when I have the most luck on a deal. Not sure the market for them in SA but here in Jax they are popular and everywhere and that seems to be about the same price range...

Pros: new top, lifted, bigger tires
Cons: lifted, mileage, price

I just bought a 2000 TJ, 85,000 miles, 4 in lift, new 33x12.5 tires, hard and soft top, flip out DVD player, 10 in subs and amp. Many more extras, to much to list for $9,000. I would pay 7 for yours. Take cash and he will fold.

I'd say there is some haggle room in there. I paid 6900 for a similar jeep but it came with a hard top also. Try to go take a look, go for a test drive. Offer the guy like 6500 for it then when he says no, and I'm sure he will, ask him what price he is thinking on it. His price is way too high.
