Leveling after winch install

I recently added a winch and it pulled the front down a bit. I'm thinking about a leveling kit that includes 2 3/4 front spacers and 1 3/4 rear spacers with bumperstops. I'm guessing the front is about an inch lower so wouldn't this kit give me a level Jeep with about 1 3/4 total lift. I have a 1.25" BL and will eventually get some 33" tires. Any thoughts on this plan?

add the spacers and use bar pin eliminators for your shocks if you dont plan on replacing them! You now have DIY budget boost!

To run 33s I think you might be better off going with a 2" - 2 1/2" spring lift and then add 3/4" spacers on top of the springs in front to level it. That with your BL should give you just about enough flex room for 33s. You will need longer shocks. You may still have to trim the flares a bit if you disconnect the sway bar off road. You will also need to add bump stop front and rear which can be done with hockey pucks on the spring perches. About one half puck (1/2") in front and one and a half (1 1/2") in the rear is what I needed.

I'd call rokmen or dpg and get a old mane emu, I have a OME from rokmen, winch and bumper on the front no need for spaces, nice and level.

why add so tall of spacers? its not going to fix the problem - the root of the issue is increased weight, and the spring rate that doesn't work for the weight. get springs with increased spring rate & length. if you're on a budget, look at ZJ V8 front springs from a junkyard. Up-Country XJ springs might also work if you want a slightly softer rate. Plenty of those around the junkyards.

He wants a leveling kit with a small lift on a budget. He can get 1/4in spacers and 1 1/4 in spacers and use them accordingly. That plus a 1.25 in BL and you can run 33" with the appropriate bump stop extensions and bar pin eliminators to give the shocks that extra in he's going to need

Although if you want to run 33" with maximum effectiveness I would suggest using at least 2.5" of lift and 1.25" BL I run OME but I would also suggest zone's combo kit as I've installed that one on a friends Jeep and it sits a little higher than mine with no other modifications needed. Also look into a motor mount lift instead of a transfer case drop

Thank you folks. My 31" BFG ATs are new so I won't go to 33" for a while. My long term plans are to go OME but for now I'll go for spacers just to level things up a bit. I just thought while I was at it I would add a tad bit more lift. Sounds like we're all on the right track though. By the way, adding a winch is the best mod I've ever done to any of my Jeeps!
