I don't know if its just because I own a jeep now or what but everytime I drive my jeep I see one. No matter where I go there is always one jeep rider there. It seems to me that there are more jeeps then anything on the roads in western mass. And 9 times out of 10 they wave.

We're everywhere. Watching, waiting, in secrecy. Waiting for the time when you get in your rig and venture out, just so we can wave and make you feel welcomed.

:) nice... I'll never forget when I first got my Jeep and my dad pulled me aside to educate me about the jeep wave. ;)

I can't say everyone waves but most people do and it does make you feel special. Like you have something noone else does.

I learned about the wave when I started looking to buy my first Jeep. I got my first wave 2 minutes into my first test drive. I knew right then and there, that I was home.

I'm new to Jeeps myself ( TJ ).
I know they call it a Jeep wave, but I only get them from (and give them to) Wranglers.
9 out of 10 is about right, usually with a smile. :)

I definitely get more waves in Western Mass than I do in Boston. In the city, too many yuppies in JK's that don't know the wave!

Welcome to the Forum, keep the wave alive!

It was only after getting my jeep that i noticed a large amount of modded wranglers within 5 blocks of me... I count 7 or 8 every day!

i live in the north shore and the jeep wave is non existant but my girl lives out in central mass and i swear sometimes they hang out of their jeeps to wave back.

People in the boston area are about 40%.

When I was living in RI just about everyone did it. I feel like a jackass up here w/ all the people who don't play our game.

Naw, you have to keep trying or you become one of THEM.
Don't be one of THEM.

Who knows, maybe a few will 'get it'.
