Just got the cotter pins -2 at 2.5 inches 7/16. and 4 washers at 7/6s. got some lynch pins like the JKS comes with, had to barely drill out the cotter pins, probably 1/16 of an inch more if that. they were just barely too tight for the smallest size lynch pin. I dont think it decreased strength at all. took them off, and slapped em on in less than an hour for 6 bucks and some odd cents. I also started work on two brackets to hold the sway bars up so I didnt have to zip tie, but decided to get a thicker metal than I had or else try something else because it was getting weak as I drilled the hole big enough for the cotter. so I sat that aside for the time being. They look fine, cant even tell. threw on some black paint to match and wala. beautiful. cant wait to test them out sometime this week.

Haha it's cool man. The paint on my Jeep is crap right now but the vehicle still performs. Performance over appearance.
