Is it time to sell?

2000 TJ 6cyl-5 speed manual -180,000 miles. No longer have garage or place to do any real repairs(Divorce). Normal wear and tear is starting to take it's toll. She needs 1 new fender, evaporator and heater core, new fuel pump, etc. She's been well cared for and had a steady diet of Mobil 1. I'm guessing she needs about $2500 to be back up to par. Just looking for some advice. Is it time to sell and get a younger version( thinking low mileage 06) or am I being premature and ought to keep running her down the road a while even without a garage?
Appreciate your thoughts

$2500 is a lot cheaper than buying another Jeep. Just sayin'.

Sold the house, she didn't get it... My concern is that at 180,000 when do I need to be thinking about a new short block, tranny, differental etc...
TIA

Depends on your wrenching ability and your finding a place to work on it. After you put the money into it what do you have for your investment. My 2 cents, in your situation, given I could find a replacement thats makes sense economically, I would probably find a newer lower mileage Jeep and move on.
