I haven't used them, but there is a place outside fayetteville called Baker Alignment that was recommended to me with another car I was having a ton of trouble with. Maybe you could call and talk to him, when I did he seemed very nice and patient.

If you find a good shop, I would like to know myself. I've heard a lot about Wilson Offroad in downtown Fayettenam, but I've never been to them, and don't know if they do alignments. I have found that most of the "regular" shops I've used over the years with different vehicles, don't know there asses from a hole in the ground. :( Get Ugly Customs in Hoke County works on a lot of Jeeps. That might be a possibility as well.
There's also Performance Off-Road in Fayetteville. I brain farted about them earlier.

There is a place on Russell Street- have no idea what the name is, but its a shop and the yard is covered in jeeps every time I ride by. Its near russell/wilmington I think. If you go down it you will see it, on the right headed to Eastern Blvd. If they don't do it, bet they could tell you who does.

You know there's little to nothing to aligning a Wrangler. Toe in is the only thing that's adjustable. Google it, there are tons of write ups about it. It takes two people 15 minutes at most.

Wilson off road is the best place to go to around here. I had bad experiences at performance and so have my friends. I do not recommend them. They sell cheap parts. right outside the Fort Bragg gate so they catch a lot of the military being in that area.
