Control Arms; Fixed or Adjustable?

I currently have 3" coils in the front and 4" coils in the rear on my Jeep. I am looking into making it a solid 4" lift all the way around and one of the parts im still debating about is obviously the control arms. Right now i have the factory ones still on and because of it I can't do too much wheeling. So my question is what would be better, adjustable or fixed length? If anyone has any suggestions on front springs they would be appreciated too, I don't know what brand the rears are, they are hand-me-downs from my father who got them off of ebay.

Adj. arms allow you to set axle position and the pinion angle properly. When you lift a jeep all the suspension is effected and the axle has to be set to match the new setup. If you are using fixed arms you could easily be adding a problem to a good lift. The lower arms position the location of the axle and the upper arms set the pinion angle.
