Except that the 4.0 has two outlet pipes from the exhaust manifold/ header, so you could easily have a true dual system custom made at most any exhaust shop, but with no real benefits

Twice in the last 20 years, I have seen the sector shaft twisted after impact to a front tire, although not on a Jeep, which would make the steering wheel off-center. I think it's very unlikely.
