Rear Flare Removal Help (Front Two Bolts)

I have the inner liner removed and all bolts except front too that you do not have access to the back side. Is there a trick to remove these? They are just spinning.

New seats sit too high and lean too far forward for my liking. Ordered a spare driver seat riser to replace passenger folding and going to cut 1" out and slight angle back then weld back together.

Nutserts=devil IMO. After dealing with them for the skid for the t-case/tranny. I would prefer a nut and bolt and with the bar pin elim there should be no need to remove again.

Remember the 2 body mounts in front of the gas tank.. Took me a few min to figure it out. I used a dremel with a cutoff wheel to cut into the tacks hold the nuts then air chisel to knock them off.

Took a video and you can't decifer the sound. Adding an extra liter of fluid helped (3 liters total). I think that the energy suspension trans mount and the tunnel cover being removed may be allowing...

NV3550 Noise

I have the infamous neutral/idle noise (not worried about). But also have a louder noise after the trans is warm (20+ miles). Can here it when coasting in any gear and neutral between 30 and 50 mph....
