Stainless Hardware for TJ/LJ

I am looking for a company that would provide complete stainless fastener kit for a 2005 LJ. I've seen some sets advertised at Quadratec, but they don't seem to have anything late model. Any ideas...

Stretching the frame?

OK, we've got the tub home and almost stripped for sandblasting. I'm trying to research how to stretch the TJ frame to fit the LJ tub.

I've seen the AEV Brute conversion, utilizing some jigs...

I have the same thing going on...on left turns, seemingly from the left front. Mine is more like a faint ticking...not a hard metal-to-metal sound.

5.5" RE long arm lift, 37s...sounds similar...

Slack in front diff

I have about 1/8 turn slack in my front diff. This is when it is not engaged, not running, and I crawl underneath and grab it and turn.

It's a D44 front, and wondered if that much slack is...

Finally changed the last bushing in my RE front...

Finally changed the last bushing in my RE front lower arm...after about 3 weeks of PB blaster soaking the bolts.
