The 94 has a computer as well, but it is OBD1 and your 99 is OBD2. In order to run the newer computer with the older engine, you would have to swap all of the 99 sensors over to the 94 motor.

The threaded rod is on the end of the front cable. I got all of my cables and parts to make the E-brake work on my 87 from NAPA. Including the equalizer plate.

CJ5 is too short, and the stock YJ hardware is made different than the CJ7.
