I had to have my heated seats installed at the dealer when I bought it and since there was no retro-fit kit for the factory heated seats (at least in my 2014 JKU) I had to go with aftermarket...

The oil filter canister cap torque figure is also embossed on mine but it's metric: 25N/m, which is indeed approximately 18 ft/lb..just mentioning as it's important not to tighten that baby too...

I had to buy a reverse adapter (1/2" to 3/8") to use a half-inch socket on my 3/8" drive torque wrench, but a 15/16" works a treat.....

Confused too -- OP didn't tell us what year he's got -- but I agree, unless he mis-typed and means the Oil FILTER Cap then it's a mystery... on my 2014 JKU there's a small orange o-ring on the Oil...
