Ah, finally! After hours of google, I found what I was missing :) The lower rear mounting bolt on the backside.

It's a 2.5 without AC.
It looks like my adjustment is done with the power steering pump pulley. I tried adjusting it there, but I'm not getting results.

Doing the first work on my 93 today. I've just about finished replacing most components on the cooling system and while I was at it, I wanted to change the Drive Belt.
