Congrats on the new jeep! I don't have a recommendation but i will say to stay away from the rancho . I had a lot of problems getting them to fit. After i get all my other mods done I'll change them...

Well most manufacturers recommend at least 4.5 and anything more than that would of caused more rub on the frame. I like the idea of keeping it lower and not having to replace the front drive shaft...

There is a little bracket above the axel it attaches to the underside of the body and i think it holds your e-brake cables its one bolt i think its a 10mm ... I took mine loose when i did my lift...

Yeah I do.. But I don't really want to add a 1" to the front just a 1/2 " should work and if I could find one then I won't half to remove the springs..

yeah that's my plan.. I looked everywhere for just a 1/2" bump stop that's 3"OD then I could just put them under the stock 2" bumps ... And won't have to remove the spring.

I didn't know if better coils mite help .. There cheaper than fenders.. Guess the cheapest fix is taller bump stops then the one that came w the kit .. I'm sure I'll do flats when funds are...

Thanks I'll give it a try.. Dealer ship has flushed and burped and pressure tested and checked the oil for antifreeze and it still dose it .. 3 times its been in sense my water pump was replaced ..
