Yes. The black rubber part. Does it look worn? Deformed? You may need to take the door panel off, then reinstall the crank handle and watch what is happening while you try to crank it up and down....

Quite often the vacuum hose from the intake manifold to the firewall comes loose. At the manifold. That's where mine came loose once. If to need a pic to show you where I can get it.
