Does this look bad? I just noticed the pulley today, it looks like the belt melted on to it. Is tart what I'm seeing?

There is nothing wrong with the teeth. I had gotten the pull and the stopper jammed. If I had tried to salvage them I would have damaged the teeth, so I just popped the pull and stopper off.
