The Starter should crank have you tried the ground wires, to back of motor aswell as the starter cable? That would explain not cranking, could be bad connection. As for other lights not working is it...

For the pilot bushing that can be pushed out with grease and the hammer trick correct? But the swap for the different pilot bushing should be a simple 5-10 minute swap if im not mistaken?

Will a 98 tj ax-15 fit 91 yj?

Both motors are 4.0 one has external slave which is a upgrade, but my question is will it bolt right into my 91 4.0 engine and connect to my transfer case the same?

Also this is first post so...
