The bushing allows the end to move but not freely like you show in your video. If everything is torqued down to spec and you are able to move it freely with little effort, something is wrong.

No it's not supposed to move like that. My drag link system was worn similarly. I replaced the whole thing (i.e, tie rod, drag link and steering stabilizer) and it fixed the problem.

Well if you got the standard bracket (part# 9121) then you should be fine, and I beleive it is an all bolt-on bracket. However, if you got their new angled bracket (part # 9121N) it requires welding....
