Looks like it is using the hardtop mounting holes. Is that the case or are they different holes? I'm just wondering if it only works with the soft top or if it also works with the hard top.

Good to hear! If it had existed a few weeks ago it could have saved me the additional $300 it cost me to switch to the CTI I knew fit without spacers. I think I should get one of those snazzy new...

nwbronco is correct. If look closely there is a few feet of air time that was absorbed by the shaft when it came down.
