No these were bad LEDs. Even when removed from the Jeep and connected to a stand alone battery mine would strobe on and off. Replaced with a SuperbrightLEDs light and problem solved.

MMC did not bring up elevated transmission temps, I did. That is what I observed on my Jeep, I cannot speak to anybody else's. I do know an automatic transmissions worst enemies are heat and water....

Different gear ratios don't change the diameter...

Different gear ratios don't change the diameter of the ring gear at all. Only the head of the pinion gear and thickness of the ring gear change.

Do your research and choose a reputable installer for the regear. The shop that did mine offered 2yrs/24K mi warranty on their parts and labor.
Was it worth the money? Hell yeah!
