Just watch 5th gear with that transmission. It is known to go out. Plenty of info on it...

It's always better to pull in a forward gear rather than reverse. B/c of the way the ring and pinion gears are cut. They are engineered to go forward.

you may need to get your front drive shaft balanced. Stock it is not balanced as it does not spin in 2wd. The TJ shaft will make the shaft spin 24/7. So you may get some vibs at highway speed.
