I've just had my front plate stolen. Now I just use a rear, seems people are better about not stealing the one with tags on it. Carry a spare with me though.

Correct. 65mph speed limit in WI but everyone drives 55 on cruise control, if you're driving 70 with out of state plates they'll ticket you 9 times out of 10. Iowans are OK though.
