Wow... good eyeball! Yes they are 33 X 10.5" big tires. Less weight and look more proportional to me. Wider tires look too puffy to me and are more likely to rub on sharp turns.

As for ac, a quick freon recharge kit took care of my ac not cooling. Easy job if you buy the stuff with hose and guage.... it will only connect onto the correct fitting, so it is almost foolproof.

I will check wiring diagrams when I get home... but it may be that it is not the wire connection at the cruise control unit. It might be the other end of the various wires that feed into the cruise...
