I agree with all of the above. I have also had an issue with dirt and corrosion in the bulb sockets. Make sure those are clean as well.

Did you get RTV on both sides of the gasket and and even? Also best to let it get a little tacky and make sure the block is very clean and dry bolt it down evenly and let it setup before adding...

If you don't bench bleed the MC then you can not get all the air out as the piston stroke is limited when installed allowing it to keep air stuck in the system.

I thought the headlight buzzer was tied to the door light switches? Check on the driver door behind the plunger there should be two spade terminals. I thin one is for lights one is for buzzer.
