Ruffstuff has a GM 1 ton tie rod kit for the TJ. Its pretty tight. Cost the same at a zj kit, but is way better. The only work you need to do is drill out you current tre holes with 7/8" for the 1...

Save your money for a D44 or a 8.8 for the rear, then go with an e locker and 4.88 gears. 35 inch tires and a locker in a dana 35 is a bad thing.

You will want to keep that sway bar, or at least some version of it. There are qwik disconnects you can buy, or spend a bit more like i did and get the currie anti rock.

I dont have the diagram, but if i was you i would wire them up independant of the old system, ie direct wire from added switch in cab to relay under hood to compressor. Lets you operate locker...

Real hi lines you will have to cut the hood, Poison spyder and Genright are good, my buddy had 35" tires with genright hi lines and no lift. I have the poison spyders and 37"s, 5.5" lift.
