Didn't notice it until some time after the spring and shock swap. And that is all that was done. All clearances seem to be fine. The E brake had loosened up quite a bit, I'll check that this weekend.

No, not thoroughly. I would think that a long as it has been going on, there would be some defect in the rotor. Also, it doesn't happen with normal braking. Not sure how a bump could make the noise...
