Mine was the melted switch... I replaced that...

Mine was the melted switch... I replaced that then wound up buying a whole new a/c - heat control switch panel off ebay. However it only takes about ten minutes if u want to to test ur blower......

Sounds like your motor is shot. I replaced mine on my 2000 two years ago. Remove the blades and remove the cowl... Not a difficult fix...
