I did not sand mine. Just sprayed them down...

Just sprayed them down with brake kleen waited for them to dry and put a few coats of paint on them.

I do not think you would have a problem mounting your stock tires to those wheels.
Never heard if those wheels put I do not shop for wheels to often.
You could look up reviews for that brand...

I change gear oil the first time at 15,000 miles then every 25,000 mile or after I do a lot of water crossings.
