It's not moisture. It's because the door is steel and the hinge is aluminum. Theirs no paint between them and when the two metals touch, it causes oxidation.

Bad steering gear box

I've gone though the death wobble checks from Planmans videos. I replaced a questionable draglink end. The steering gear is is the only other place that I have found play it also has a small leak....
