Crown Aluminum valve cover for 98 4.0L Motor

I just bought the Crown Aluminum valve cover kit for my 98 Wrangler. It is supposed to be complete with gaskets, grommets and bolts.
I notice that the kit contains hex head fasteners all around....

Upadte, problem solved

These 2 part latches swivel and were rusted to the point they didn't swivel. I pried them apart, loosened the fasteners and lubed the thing up. Gave me the needed reach.

I think I figured out that the MOPAR part is only for 07 and up. They don't offer one for the TJ. Thanks for the tips. The Hopkins might be the way to go.
