Also can I see a close up of the rim, I know how they mount just curious if the bolt hole is really noticeable.

If you are familiar with the ride of a monotube then you would be a-ok. We also offer a monotube as well, that isn't as charged as others. So it won't be as firm. Good luck!

The boot does protect the shock rod from nicks, but routine care/maintenance must be taken to make sure that any rocks that may gather from mud is out of the boot, so no nicks...
