Should I be able to spin the fan on the 4.2 if the motor is off? Fan turns without pulleys or belt moving? I can spin it fast or really free, but there is little restance to turning it.

Exactsame thing happened to me. Lower bolt, last week. Drilled it, then used an easy out. Take your time, use lots of pb blaster, and it will come out.
