I was thinking ignition coil. Swap it out and see what happens. What brand did you replace it with? I'd get a mopar and see if that changes it.

My entire gauge cluster goes on and off pretty regularly. I have a feeling it is a ground issue as I have had the gauge cluster out many times, for various reasons and I just have this feeling there...
