Do I need the spacer on my 89 yj 6cyl between the carb and intake. There is also two paper gaskets on each side of the spacer. The spacer is shot and is causing a very bad vacuum leak, my question is...

Best bet is to buy a flare kit and a tubing...

Best bet is to buy a flare kit and a tubing bender and replace them all. At that age you should replace the rubber lines as well.
