Just purchased the massive 1.6" 4140 heat treated...

Just purchased the massive 1.6" 4140 heat treated chromoly tie rod with the drag link... So excited to finally get rid of my death wobble.. It comes with huge ball joints that are fully serviceable...

I just got a recall notice stating that my side...

I just got a recall notice stating that my side mirror defroster can catch fire.. The notice, though, says that they haven't figured out the fix yet with the new part and will send another notice...

I think .030 and .035 just means that your welds will be a little thicker than the other. More metal going into the weld

I thought 100%argon is aluminum or is it O2 I'm thinking? I was asking around about the different tanks once and I found out that you can't use the same tank for aluminum vs mild or stainless....

I have a craftsman 110 flux core mig and a HD125 mig - the 125 still runs off 110v but can be converted to external gas. I usually use my 20amp outlet for the welding. The 125 will do 3/16" no prob...
