Bestop replacement skin installation question

I was looking to install my new sail cloth skin today and ran into a snag.
Hoping someone here has done this recently.

The new top skin does not have pre-cut holes for the two corner screws...

I installed my 1" Daystar Bl today along with a 1" Brown Dog Rubber MML.

The body lift went pretty smooth. For the MML lift on the drivers side I followed the instructions to remove the bracket...

I used this to pull rust flakes out of the frame. I also hooked a tube up to my shop vac and ran that in the frame to clean it out.
